Join Sue Giltnane and Holly Kostem for a deeply nourishing morning designed to help you move, release, and rest.
This unique workshop combines:
• Gentle Pilates to mobilise, strengthen and awaken the body
• Myofascial release using foam rollers, massage balls & hedgehogs
• Soothing restorative yoga
• An extended savasana with optional head massage using essential oils
• Deep relaxation through guided yoga nidra

Why focus on fascia?
Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and organs. When healthy, it’s flexible and supports smooth movement. When it’s tight or stuck, it can lead to tension and pain.
How Pilates helps:
Pilates supports fascia health by encouraging flowing, hydrated movement and building balanced strength.
Why we use small equipment:
Foam rollers, spiky balls, and “hedgehogs” mimic massage, increase circulation, and help release tension in hard-to-reach areas — especially feet, glutes, and shoulders.
