Women are the keepers of family energy and therefore they need to recharge and relax on a regular basis, for the benefit of everyone. For mothers of small kids it is very difficult to find a moment for themselves, therefore any break for self care needs to be used to the maximum.

Sound Energy Massage session lasts approximately 1 hour and provides extraordinary release from tensions in the body, calming effect for the nervous system and opportunity to quickly jump into a meditative state or actually fall asleep - but this sleep is of a unique quality. Usually people experience a very sound sleep the night after they received this vibroacoustic massage, so this practice may regulate the sleeping patterns as well.
