· Practice gratitude - Listing things you're grateful for can help you focus on what's right and abundant in your life, and give you a more positive outlook.
· Try mindfulness practices - Meditation, yoga, and nature walks can help you fully engage with your experiences and surroundings, and reduce stress.
· Use your senses -Pay attention to what you see and hear, and try to use your other senses as well.
· Take a break - Step away from social media and technology for a while.
Being present can help you boost your self-awareness, decrease stress, and improve your skills. It can also help you build good habits for your future well-being.
