The Cornell Centre

The Cornell Centre I am a "Natural Health Bioresonance Consultant. Other people's health and wellness is my passion, working towards empowering those I meet.

I help and advise people with difficult to treat health conditions. WHY DO PEOPLE COME TO SEE ME

• Many people come to me because I help people with "difficult to treat" health conditions. My years of experience training and knowledge have helped me to manage my own "difficult to treat" health condition.
• I work with are very scientific program called ‘e- Lybra bioresonance’ . This program enables me to rebalance the body's energy it can work hand in hand with modern medicine to redirect the body’s energy field into more effective healing. Energy Medicine and e-lybra bioresonance raises energy levels and helps the body return to health.

• I can work with people at a distance this is great for people who cannot get to me due to commitments at work, school, people with mobility problems.

• Through distant ‘ rebalancing" I have helped people going through IVF, exams, meetings, surgery. This rebalancing programme is very accurate and can address the problem quickly and effectively. It can send healing energy to emergency situations. I can address the problem quickly and effectively and send healing energy for people going through depression and anxiety on an ongoing basis.
• I usually find that in order to heal some of the "difficult to treat health conditions" I have to rebalance emotions first..

The ability to stay in the now moment may just change your life…

Being in the present moment, or mindfulness, means being aware and engaged with what's happening right now, without being distracted by thoughts of the past or future. It can help you enjoy the moment and enrich your life in many ways.

Here are some ways to practice being in the present moment:

· Focus on your breath - Deep breathing and other breathing exercises can help you connect with your surroundings and remember to take a moment.

· Practice gratitude - Listing things you're grateful for can help you focus on what's right and abundant in your life, and give you a more positive outlook.

· Try mindfulness practices - Meditation, yoga, and nature walks can help you fully engage with your experiences and surroundings, and reduce stress.

· Use your senses -Pay attention to what you see and hear, and try to use your other senses as well.

· Take a break - Step away from social media and technology for a while.

Being present can help you boost your self-awareness, decrease stress, and improve your skills. It can also help you build good habits for your future well-being.

Living in the present moment means letting go of the past and not waiting for the future. It means living your life consciously, aware that each moment you breathe is a gift.. The ability to be in the present moment is a major component of mental wellness.

What is the ability to be in the present moment?

Living in the moment means you pay attention to your present experiences instead of letting your mind get caught up in stressful and upsetting thoughts. Research shows that mindfulness, which is about being aware of your surroundings and body in the present, can have a range of benefits.

Trouble staying in the moment? 7 easy ways to get better at being present.

Take advantage of red lights.

Savor your food.

Detach from your phone.

Check in with your body.

Tap into your senses.

Pause before moving onto something new.

Try meditation.

Loving oneself- It is important for people to start by loving themselves as well as those around them. We are unable to fully love another until we start to love ourselves. This is also the first step towards accepting others into our lives. Choosing to love one self opens the 7th Chakra and will likely release us from tension from other chakras as well.

Prayer

Prayer is a very personal ritual for many people so it varies from one to another, however, it does not need to be foreign, religious or formal. It can be as simple as setting an intention into your daily yoga practice or closing your eyes and communicating with your creator/universe and let your inner voice be your guide.

hat is Bio Resonance? What do we offer at the clinic?

Bioresonance technology allows your body to reveal what systems are out of balance and then sends a rebalancing programme to help the body heal itself. The E-Lybra system takes over 9,000 measurements on the human system during the session. The process measures the biophysical energies and stress levels of the human system.

Your body is given access to thousands of herbal and homoeopathic remedies. Your body chooses the remedy it requires, and it automatically sends the balancing programme to you and to your e-pendant. This programme is the result of 20 years of practical experience and application of a wide range of therapeutic techniques, which have made a positive and lasting impact on the people we've seen with difficult to treat health conditions.

Protect yourself against winter bugs with Vitamin C! (We advise liquid intake, such as the fizzy tablets!)

Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin, meaning that your body doesn't store it. You have to get what you need from food, including citrus fruits, broccoli, and tomatoes.

You need vitamin C for the growth and repair of tissues in all parts of your body. It helps the body make collagen, an important protein used to make skin, cartilage, tendons, ligaments, and blood vessels. Vitamin C is needed for healing wounds, and for repairing and maintaining bones and teeth. It also helps the body absorb iron from nonheme sources.

Vitamin C is an antioxidant, along with vitamin E, beta-carotene, and many other plant-based nutrients. Antioxidants block some of the damage caused by free radicals, substances that damage DNA. The build up of free radicals over time may contribute to the aging process and the development of health conditions such as cancer, heart disease, and arthritis.

Don't let Seasonal Affective Disorder catch you out this winter! Winter time in the UK can be tough but taking this supplement every day can make a difference...

5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) is a chemical that the body makes from tryptophan (an essential amino acid that you get from food). After tryptophan is converted into 5-HTP, the chemical is changed into another chemical called serotonin.

5-HTP dietary supplements help raise serotonin levels in the brain. Since serotonin helps regulate mood and behaviour, 5-HTP may have a positive effect on sleep, mood, anxiety, appetite, and pain sensation.

5-HTP is not found in the foods we eat, although tryptophan is found in foods. Eating foods with tryptophan does not increase 5-HTP levels very much, however.

You can purchase 5 HTP online or in places like Holland & Barrett!

Last week I participated in the unveiling of the statue in Chelmsford entitled "I am love" In my role as deputy for the Lord-Lieutenant of Essex.

Louisa DiMarco the organiser and the inspiration behind the event is determined to empower youngsters to make the right choices in life. On a damp, dark evening between a busy road and a railway line All sorts of people gathered to share together, support and applaud her aspirations. I must give also thanks to Simon Brice for holding everything together as a major sponsorship for this event.

What a fantastic night with lots of special people!

Totally Driven - My incurable Journey is my memoir, telling the story of my eclectic life.

I started my life as an in-house model for “the Birmingham Post”. My life was fast paced & I got engaged to a professional footballer and became “Miss “Birmingham city”. I then became the first Female DJ on Spanish radio in Majorca, very glamorous!
