I used to hate winterâthe cold, the damp, the dark days that seemed to stretch on forever.
I dreaded the long nights and the way everything felt still, almost lifeless.
But then I stumbled across the concept of âwinteringâ, and it completely shifted my perspective.
Wintering is about embracing the natural rhythm of the season, rather than fighting against it.
Just as nature slows downâtrees shed their leaves, animals hibernate, and the earth seems to pauseâwe, too, can use this time to rest and nurture ourselves.
Itâs not about pushing through or pretending everything is bright and full of energy when it isnât.
