Happiness isn’t something we find — it’s something we grow. This morning, I took a moment to walk by the sea, breathe deeply, and tune into the quiet things that bring me peace and presence. Fulfilment starts from within, but like anything precious, it needs tending. You can’t wait for happiness to knock — you create it through small, daily choices that nourish your soul. Whether it’s time in nature, meaningful conversations, creativity, rest, or setting boundaries — your joy matters. So ask yourself: What makes you happy? And are you making space for it?

So often, we’re searching outside of ourselves for clarity, love, or direction — but the answers were never lost, just buried beneath the noise.

In my coaching, we create space for that stillness.
A space where you can soften the self-doubt, silence the inner critic, and reconnect with who you truly are — not who the world told you to be.
It’s not about fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering yourself.

If you’re ready to stop running and start returning — let’s walk this path together.

Struggling to Sleep? Try These Uncommon (But Powerful) Tricks

You’ve heard the usual sleep advice—no screens before bed, stick to a routine, blah blah blah… But what if I told you there are some unexpected ways to drift off faster?

1️⃣ Blink Backward – Slowly blink, keeping your eyes closed longer than open. This mimics natural drowsiness and helps you nod off.

2️⃣ The “Fake Yawn” Hack – Yawning releases sleep hormones. The more you fake-yawn, the sleepier you’ll get (seriously, try it).

3️⃣ Reverse Psychology for Sleep – Tell yourself you must stay awake. Sounds weird, but it takes the pressure off and often makes sleep come faster.

4️⃣ Toes First, Then Sleep – Tightly squeeze your toes for 10 seconds, then release. Move up your body doing the same. This relaxes your nervous system.

5️⃣ Hum Like a Bee – On each exhale, hum softly. The vibrations activate the vagus nerve, calming your mind and body.

6️⃣ Trigger Word Magic – Pick a neutral word (like “drift” or “cloud”) and repeat it slowly in your mind. Over time, your brain will link it to sleep.

Forget counting sheep—try these tonight and thank me in the morning. Which one are you trying first?

I used to hate winter—the cold, the damp, the dark days that seemed to stretch on forever.
I dreaded the long nights and the way everything felt still, almost lifeless.

But then I stumbled across the concept of ‘wintering’, and it completely shifted my perspective.

Wintering is about embracing the natural rhythm of the season, rather than fighting against it.
Just as nature slows down—trees shed their leaves, animals hibernate, and the earth seems to pause—we, too, can use this time to rest and nurture ourselves.

It’s not about pushing through or pretending everything is bright and full of energy when it isn’t.
Instead, wintering invites us to lean into the quiet, to embrace stillness, and to prioritise self-care.
It’s a season for hibernation, reflection, and slowing down.

Dark mornings? They become an opportunity to light a candle and take things slow. 🕯️
Dark evenings? A chance to curl up with a good book, or just let yourself rest without guilt. 📖

Our modern world often glorifies productivity, but winter teaches us that rest is just as important.

It’s in these quiet, restorative moments that we prepare for the growth and energy of spring. 🌱

So if you’re feeling the weight of winter, maybe it’s not about fighting it—it’s about flowing with it.
Take this time to nurture yourself, honour the need to rest, and trust that this season has its own kind of beauty and purpose. Andrea x

Sometimes Christmas can feel like the loneliest place in the world, especially when it seems like everyone else is surrounded by love, laughter, and family.
If you’re feeling unwanted, left out, or unloved, this message is for you.

You matter.
Your worth is not determined by how others treat you or by the presence (or absence) of people around you.
Love isn’t always loud or wrapped in tinsel—it’s often found in the quiet moments, in the way you’ve kept going even when it’s hard, in the kindness you show to yourself and others.

If today feels heavy, take it one moment at a time.
Reach out to someone you trust, even if it’s just to say “hello.”
Take a walk, listen to music, or write down one thing you’re proud of.
Small steps can help lift your spirit.

Remember, Christmas is one day, but your story stretches far beyond it.
You are important, and you are loved—just as you are.

If this resonates, share it with someone who might need a little extra love today.

To My Incredible Clients. I want to take a moment to say thank you. Thank you for showing up—not just for our sessions, but for yourselves. Growth isn’t easy. It takes courage, consistency, and a willingness to face challenges head-on. You’ve worked so hard to create real, meaningful change in your lives, and it’s been such an honour to be part of your journey. Watching you grow, practice kindness toward yourselves, and step into the life you truly want is why I do what I do. You inspire me every day.
