Most of the women I work with look “fine” on the outside.
They’re holding everything together.
Smiling. Coping. Showing up.
But inside?
Overthinking.
Walking on eggshells.
Exhausted from being the strong one.
Yoga teaches us balance isn’t about never wobbling –
it’s about learning how to steady yourself when you do.
That’s the work we do together.
Calm the mind.
Set boundaries without guilt.
Feel like you again.
