I have spent my working life in the Health and Wellness sector, whether it be in A & E as a Nurse, or helping terminally ill patients cope with anxiety, pain or depression, as a teacher in the life-long learning sector or educating employees on stress and anxiety management in a large corporate establishment. Improving people's lives will always be my work ethic and passion. I now use all my life lessons and experience and excellent advanced training to be able to offer Life Coaching, Relationship Coaching, Anxiety Management and Mindfulness Meditation sessions to help those who are struggling to find their way ahead through this frantic maze of life we live in. My anxiety 1 to 1 sessions and CBT include of all the key elements that are needed to help you to break the cycle of the anxiety process. The beautiful large purpose built modern studio is the perfect sanctuary where you can unwind and take a pause. There is no pressure put on you to pay for a course of sessions or to come weekly - you start this path by taking control; You choose how often you come for your sessions and how many sessions you need.
