🎄 Christmas Holiday Closure 🎄

🌿 Practising What I Preach! 🌿

I’m always encouraging others to take time for themselves, so I decided it was about time I practised what I preach! 💆‍♀️

I had my very first reflexology treatment this week — and wow, it was amazing! So relaxing, but also really interesting. I couldn’t believe how much our feet can tell us about what’s going on in the rest of our body. 🦶✨

I left feeling calm, refreshed, and totally intrigued… maybe it’s something I’ll look into a bit more in the future. You never know — it could even be my next little venture! 😉
