Sparkle Within on Guy Fawkes Night

As the days become shorter and colder, it’s more important than ever to share your light with the world. This evening provides a secure space for reflection. To become conscious of your thoughts, feelings and actions and how they are affecting your internal world and the world around you.

We will set our intentions for the last months of the year and dive deeper as Tillie guides you through a grounding sound journey illuminating your senses, becoming fully aware of the self. A restorative practice to guide you to return home to source and ground yourself ahead of the busy winter period.
