You should never judge a book by its cover . From the outside 14 Wells Street looks a bit plain but inside the Chelmsford Counselling and Therapy Centre are cosy warm rooms and a wonderful team of over 30 therapist .

As the year draws to a close, we want to pause and acknowledge how much this season can hold for so many people.
For some, Christmas brings connection, warmth, and joy.

For others, it can stir up grief, loneliness, exhaustion, or pressure to keep going when you’re already running on empty. And for many, it’s a mix of all of the above.
As a team, we’ll be slowing down over the festive period, but please know this:

💚 You don’t have to wait until the new year to reach out.

If this season feels heavy, overwhelming, or brings up difficult emotions, we’re here to offer a safe, compassionate space when you need it.

We want to thank everyone who has trusted us this year, whether you’ve been a client, a supporter, or quietly reading along. It’s a privilege to walk alongside people through their hardest and bravest moments.
