Hi for those that don’t know me , I’m Keeley, the owner of Redz . Ive been in the industry 30 years but I started Redz Therapy Lounge 14 years ago and it’s been an incredible journey ever since! My passion for beauty began in school, leading me to college for full-time beauty therapy. From there, I gained invaluable experience working in salons and various other settings. I believe experience is so important.
I believe in lifelong learning and have continuously sought out training to expand my skills. My journey into permanent makeup began about 20 years ago, long before it became mainstream. It took time and dedication to build my confidence, but after numerous advanced courses, I’m proud of the artistry I’ve developed.
While I won’t bore you with a long list of courses, every single one has contributed to where I am today. My passion for my work drives me to be the best version of myself. In 2019, I ventured into aesthetics, feeling it was the next natural step after covering everything beauty-related. It’s been a challenging yet rewarding path, and I absolutely love it!
I only offer treatments that I genuinely believe in. If I don’t think it will work, I won’t do it. I’m not great at selling, so there’s no upselling with me—you’ll always receive an honest opinion. This applies to dermal fillers as well; I won’t just take your money and inject more if you’ve had enough. Your well-being and satisfaction are my top priorities.
I strive to make every client who walks through the door feel happy and comfortable. My clients are like family, and I’ve been fortunate to continue working with some of them since I was 18. (I’m 47 now)
Now that I have more space in the new salon, I have lots of exciting ideas for this year, aiming to be bigger and better while maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere.
What truly inspires me is the medical side of aesthetics and permanent make up . Creating wonderful areolas for cancer patients , removing skin lesions that have bothered clients for years . I find fulfilment in making a difference in people’s lives—not just for vanity, but for overall wellness.
I’m nervous and excited all at once . Having my daughter working along side me and now being a salon owner is my dream come true . I don’t think it’s hit me yet, it’s been a whirl wind the past few months . I’m looking forward to the future , welcoming Mel and Tracy also who are amazing at hair.
