The next New to Yoga 4 Week Course is live!
Starting Tuesday 3 March at 7.30pm
Perfect for anyone wanting to try yoga for the first time.
The classes will move at a slower pace and break down the foundations of common yoga poses.
They will be slow flow style sessions, where we learn key aspects of the practice including:
π Breathwork techniques
π Different yoga postures
π How to use props to support your practice
π How to modify poses to work for your body
And more
The aim is that you leave this course with a strong foundation and feel confident continuing your yoga journey in a group class setting.
Yoga mats and blocks provided. Β£40 per person.
Course running 7.30pm every Tuesday for 4 weeks starting 3 March 2026. Taking place at Chamber 22 in Newent.
