Nature has a beautiful way of mirroring our inner world. The seven chakras the body’s energy centre align perfectly with the sequence of colours we see in a rainbow. This isn’t just pretty coincidence; it’s a reflection of vibrational frequency.

Each colour in the visible spectrum carries its own energy wavelength.
🔴 Root Chakra – Red, grounding, stability, survival.
🟠 Sacral Chakra – Orange, creativity, pleasure, flow.
💛 Solar Plexus Chakra – Yellow, confidence, personal power.
💚 Heart Chakra – Green, love, compassion, harmony.
💙 Throat Chakra – Blue, truth, self-expression.

The Spiral – My Guiding Symbol 🌀

The spiral has been with me since the start of my spiritual journey. It’s more than just a shape, it’s a reminder that healing and growth aren’t linear. We circle back, revisit old lessons, and each time we return, we understand them on a deeper level.

In my Reiki work, the spiral represents energy flowing and expanding, guiding both me and my clients through cycles of release, renewal, and transformation. It’s a symbol of trust in the journey, even when the path twists and turns.

It’s no wonder it’s found its way into my logo, my altar, and even my affirmation cards, it’s been part of my story all along 🌀

How to Spiritually Protect Your Energy

In a world full of busy energy, interactions, and constant stimulation, it’s easy to feel drained or unsettled without even knowing why. That’s why spiritual protection is so important—it’s not about fear, it’s about empowerment and sovereignty over your own energy field.

Here are a few simple ways you can start protecting your energy spiritually:

🌟 Ground Yourself Daily
Grounding connects you to the earth and brings stability to your energy. Walk barefoot, sit in nature, or visualize roots growing from your feet deep into the earth.

🛡 Visualize a Protective Shield
A common and powerful method: imagine a bubble of white or golden light surrounding your body. This light acts like a shield, keeping negativity out and your energy centered.

💎 Use Crystals
Black tourmaline, obsidian, and amethyst are beautiful allies for energetic protection. Carry one in your pocket or place them near doorways or under your pillow.

🔔 Cleanse Your Energy Regularly
Smudging with sage or palo santo, using sound (like a singing bowl), or even taking salt baths helps clear unwanted energy and reset your space.

💬 Set Intentions and Boundaries
Your energy is sacred. Saying “no” when needed, speaking your truth, and setting clear energetic boundaries all play a role in keeping your field clear and protected.
