Today I had a mind blowing Angelic healing course that includes a past life clearing and Angelic reiki. This will go alongside my reiki 1&2. We started with some channelled wisdom that Corinne had been given for me which made complete sense which was so lovely to be reaffirmed by the universe. We then started with the course and pennies started dropping for me with previous visions that I knew that taking this course was meant to be. I just love it when that happens 🥰. We did guided meditations to open up to the angelic vibrations where my body was taken and healed by the angel (which made Corinne cry!!) that was such a wonderful and loving experience to feel, absolute unconditional love. We did a past life clearing and that was fascinating I’m so excited to be able to offer this to my own clients. Then learning the angelic reiki itself… well this is where i get lost for words because I was speechless. The energy was huge the power flowing through me was the strongest feeling, hand hands were so hot and tingling as I healed the layers of Corinne aura. It was such an emotional and beautiful day to spend with my friend and reiki master to be held in such a powerful space for such learning. I’m forever grateful to you, Thank you Corinne ###

✨ Honouring My Sacral Journey ✨

It’s been a long, personal journey with my sacral, shaped by trauma, pregnancy, and childbirth. This month, as I’ve been exploring the connection between the sacral chakra and menstruation, I’ve found it both challenging and deeply healing. I love learning about how our ancestors honoured their cycles. In some cultures, women would retreat to a sacred space — resting, meditating, and nourishing their bodies with healthy foods. How beautiful is that?

Today, as women in 2025, we’re still faced with shame and silence around something so natural. We’re taught to hide our pain and push through instead of honouring what our bodies are telling us. But it’s time we change that. It’s time to reclaim our cycles — to honour our bodies and recognise the incredible power within us. We create life. We are life.

Since I was 14, I’ve been on “the pill,” and more recently, one that stopped my periods completely. Lately, I’ve been experiencing perimenopause symptoms, which led me to look deeper into womb healing and the spiritual side of womanhood. I’ve now made the conscious choice to stop taking it — to give my body space to speak, to heal, and to find its natural rhythm again.

Through spiritual rituals, self-healing, and self-love, I hope to ease my symptoms and reconnect with my body — to live in harmony with my cycle and truly honour the powerful woman I am.

Sacral is orange, so it’s a given the frequency of eating orange foods helps nourish and activate the chakra. The sacral is also associated with water 💧 so water rich foods are also important.
This is why they recommend a rainbow of fruit and veg on your plate, to keep your energy flowing the way it should be. A healthy body is a happy body physically and energetically 😃
