Not quite what we expected to find… a sweet little Victorian portrait of a young girl purchased from an antique shop. As always, we took it out of the frame for a nosey, just in case there was a note tucked away behind. And oh… there was something behind alright. Instead of a heartfelt message, we were greeted by a rather scandalous n**e. Victorian respectability on the front, absolute cheek on the back 😂

Here’s another success story for the scrapbook and we are thrilled to bits 1917 to now. ❤️ Finding photographs is like striking gold and it does not happen often, but when it does it makes all the digging, squinting, and muttering at old records completely worth it. Proof that the past still likes to be found if you look hard enough. 🔎
