** Celebration!! **

So this week I got to celebrate achieving my PhD at the Lancaster University graduation ceremony.

A huge achievement for me through charting my way out of debilitating ill health with Chronic Lyme Disease and then I willingly undertook 4 years of the 24/7 care of my dear Dad with his physical ill health and dementia. He and Mum would be so proud.

Always supported and encouraged by my family and friends - I am so pleased I persevered - and I am so grateful they were celebrating with me on the day.

Never give up - there is always a way through and you never know where it might lead to!☺️

🌟 Exciting News! 🌟

After navigating through several life challenges and overcoming health hurdles, I am thrilled to share that earlier this year I successfully completed my PhD and have now also attained Chartered Psychologist status with the British Psychological Society (BPS)!

This journey has been one of perseverance, growth, and learning, and I am immensely grateful for the support and encouragement from my family, friends, mentors and supervisors along the way.

Thank you to everyone who believed in me and stood by my side. Here's to new beginnings and making a positive impact 🎓💪
