Anyone currently ordering from us, whilst our retail side is working, we're experiencing technical difficulties on the admin side which means we're currently unable to access anything. This means mainly changing orders to shipped/cancelling etc. Customers may also not get a confirmation email but we are getting the emails to confirm the order, as well as it showing in your order history (if logged in). Some customers may receive their goods before getting a shipping email confirmation. At this time we also don't know if the server will automatically send the order confirmations once fixed. We're working on it but currently do not know when it will be accessible again. Apologies for any inconvenience.
