It's that mad time again where we all overstretch ourselves in every direction possible.
We are torn with completing that massive chore list for that one day in the middle of working..cleaning...chauffeuring the kids etc etc.
What's it all about???
Would it really matter if we sat there on the 25th December with Beans on toast and fun games spending good times with our loved ones?
Doesn't everybody remember the times spent not the presents bought?
I must admit I feel overwhelmed this time of year when all I can think about is the ones that are not with me anymore or what I've not achieved this year.
So don't feel you have to be a certain way.
Cry,scream let out some steam...Its not a weakness it shows that your human.
And if you feel you need a safe space or need to get away from the madness there's always a warm welcome here...
