This fantastic journey would not have been possible without you! However, after sincere thought and consideration, I’ve decided to set my sights on new goals and ways to continue serving you, our valued customers and clients.
I have decided to close the shop premises and to take the business online and to see reiki clients in the comfort of their own home. I will continue to offer hypnotherapy in person and online.

I’d like to thank all of our clients, customer and supporters for the commitment that you have shown to us throughout the years. Each and everyone of you has helped us realise our mission of enriching lives through hypnotherapy, Reiki, energy work, spiritual guidance and providing educational and entertaining workshops allowing individuals to gain a deeper understanding of working with Spirit.

You have also helped me realise my dream of connecting with people to facilitate change and healing within their lives and for that I am truly grateful.

Looking back over the impact we have made in the community (both locally and globally) over the years fills me with such pride. Love and Light has supported local charities, participated in fund raising and has always tried out best to serve those that we have come in contact with. One of the core missions of the business was to help people “leave us in a better way than when they came in” I sincerely hope the were able to live up to that mission.

I know that transition and changes can be daunting at times but I am truly excited to see what the future holds for us. I am filled with a sense of optimism at the thought of being able to continue to support you all in new and better ways.

I have new therapy packages in the pipeline which I will announce shortly so watch this space!

We have just had a delivery of beautiful Russian Shungite pyramids.

What is Shungite?

Shungite is a powerful natural stone that due to its trace amounts of fullerenes, is able to protect, absorb and completely neutralise 5G and EMF radiation. It is a black, lustrous, non-crystalline mineraloid consisting of more than 98 weight percent of carbon. The stone comes from the Karelia region of Russia near a village called Shunga – hence its name.
