Spring is rising and we’re going to celebrate with our Equinox & Ostara Festival of Life on Sunday March 22nd 3pm till 6pm at Stone Rock Lodge.

Opening Spring Equinox Ceremony
Ecstatic Dance on the Main Terrace with DJ Amada
2 x Saunas and 6 Cold Plunges
Singing, Drumming and Instruments in the Studio.

An afternoon of community, celebration and connection.
Come and Find your Tribe in Chepstow.

Sauna and Cold Plunges are optional but please bring a costume and towel if you want to use them.

Join us at Stone Rock Lodge Chepstow for another beautiful Ecstatic Dance event as we celebrate the Spring Equinox and the ancient festival of Ostara with our Festival of Life! ✨

Sunday March 22nd
3pm - 6pm

The Ecstatic Dance will now take place in our conservatory with DJ Amada from Ecstatic Dance Somerset, we’re launching a Drumming and Singing Circle in the Studio, and both of our Saunas and 6 cold plunges will be available during the entire event. We’ll open the festival with an Equinox ceremony and intention setting around the fire pit.
-Opening Ceremony 3pm
-Saunas Running 3pm - 6pm
-Ecstatic Dance 3.30pm
-Singing and Drumming throughout so bring your instruments and join the Jam!

*If you want to use the Saunas, bring a bathing suit and towel.

A 90 minute Guided Sauna Journey that has regular breaks during hosted by Scott and Caspar followed by a hosted meal.
The sauna journey is a truly relaxing pampered experience including essential oils, traditional Finnish leaf whisking, soothing music and a leafy massage that revitalizes the skin and senses. The meal which will be held by Scott and Caspar includes any pizza from our award winning menu and wine or a soft drink.

This Valentine’s Day evening ❤️ we have a special event for all those ‘partner-free people. If you fancy some company and some pampering on Saturday Feb 14th, come and enjoy our Singles Sauna & Supper! 🔥

The evening starts with a guided sauna journey which takes place with a series of themed sauna, cool, rest and repeat rotations. Each rotation includes some form of German Aufgus, traditional Finnish leaf whisking, music, interaction, leafy massage and other beautifully relaxing treats. This 90 minute luxury sauna experience is followed by dinner, hosted by Sauna Masters Scott and Caspar _ , with any pizza from the award winning Stone Rock Lodge menu and a glass of wine or soft drink included.

Come alone or with friends, this whole evening costs just £35 for Stone Rock Members and £40 for Non Members.

Wow! What a beautiful afternoon we had yesterday celebrating Imbolc with our growing community.

Imbolc is here and finally the grip of winter is starting to loosen. We’re celebrating the early signs of Spring and first Celtic Fire Festival of the year at our Imbolc Sauna, Ritual and Rave. Tickets are now almost sold out so this is the last call before we start with a ceremony at 3pm. Imbolc is an ancient Celtic festival still celebrated in Ireland which welcomes the first signs of Spring . The first budding flowers 🌷, the pregnant Ewes 🐑, the days starting to become longer ☀️. It celebrates the Celtic 🌀Goddess 🧚 Brigid (later named St Brigid) and the fertile feminine energy of the land.

This event will celebrate all things feminine, led by a female DJ, with a special opening Imbolc ritual held by Polly our resident wonderful witch ✨ and Sauna Rituals from Nationally renowned Sauna Master Jesse Inferno. 🔥

There’ll be regular Sauna ceremony and magic throughout, and amazing tunes to bounce along to on the dancefloor. Feel free to party in your swimsuits if you are in and out of the sauna, or come along fully clothed and just enjoy the Ritual and Rave. 💃🏻🕺🏻👙🩳
The whole event is beautifully held by facilitation trained and experienced space holders so you can come relax and be yourselves whilst always respecting everyone else present. 🙏🏼❤️
