Overstimulated alien vibes 👽🌪️

My golly gosh 🥲 for me this winter has featured a lot of low mood, the one where you’re at the bottom of a well, heavy in your bones with no way to climb out 🕳️Also with some surreal fearful energy swirling in the mix too … 😅🪐🌀😱

One thing I find painfully hard is being physically frazzled, with a nervous system that’s burnt out… alongside having internal hyperactivity!!! 🧠⏩

A debilitatingly busy head trapped inside a lead skeleton is quite the experience 💀🫡

Writing this as I wanted to send deeeeep empathy to others who struggle too 💛🙏💛 Also, as a reminder that we all navigate life from a different baseline 🧡🙂###

Sonny and I have been going for nature jogs/ walks 🥰🌿

Feeling pretty connected to him at the moment. Simple connection and shared enjoyment with your child is treasure isn’t it!!! 🌟🌟🌟

I definitely recommend the nature running!! Especially if you’ve got a non-stop chatter for a child! I find moving whilst listening to the never ending sound really helpful 💛

Plus, if he’s a bit puffed out he can’t talk as much … 🤭👀

Hello!!! ✨✨✨ Gosh, I’ve done a bit of a whirlwind thing + tried to think about + feel too many things! 😵‍💫 …

I’ve been learning about PDA (pathological demand avoidance) profile of autism which I hope will help with my parenting challenges! Perhaps some mysteries might be solved 🙃😀

Also I’ve been getting very over excited at having a bit more energy and wanting to dooooo all the things… 🥹🎨🧠📚🗂️

And…. Having big + deep feelings that like to consume me 🧡🧡🧡 Which … don’t get me wrong, has such lush, blissful parts to it. But also the painful parts too 😵‍💫🙏 ###xx

I’ve decided quitting social media for a bit is the way forward ✨ Before I sign off 🫡 … here’s my weekly classes. Which will continue in January if anyone wants to add Yoga to their New Years Resolutions 😉🧘‍♀️🌿

The human experience ~ an ever changing constellation of thoughts, feelings and sensations 🤯😌🫨🤕🥰🥹…

I think when we start practising more self awareness we can feel rather overwhelmed with what we find! 😵‍💫🧠

…A concoction of likes, dislikes, stories about who we are, who everyone else is, what’s the meaning of all this, and all sorts of patterns and anchors that attempt to help us navigate life ⚓️

Some things we uncover from our inner landscape might feel less than healthy 🫠… That’s the tricky part it seems! Once we realise an unhealthy pattern of thought it doesn’t suddenly dissolve and heal!

So what’s the plan?! How can we meet this process of learning about ourselves with more ease?..

I think the most useful key for me is KINDNESS, can we practise infusing our inner experiences with more love and kindness? 🧡

Also I’m finding an attitude of curiosity and a bit of humour are going a long way! “Wow, part of me really believes x,y,z to be true!” 😅👀 “Gosh, look how I deal with the experience of…” 🤭🥲

Can we zoom out a bit from these stories… and shine the light of acceptance onto what we find lurking in the dark?! 👻🙏🌟
