For , we want to raise awareness of our Online Carers Peer Support Group for unpaid adult carers looking after people with long term conditions (either physical or mental) 💻

This is a monthly wellbeing group specifically designed to support unpaid carers who need a safe environment to talk and explore strategies that can support their own mental health while having caring responsibilities.
