A bit of an Easter round up...yes, it was a while back, however, in compiling our monthly newsletter, we found some really special photos!

First up, Care Pro Nat took L out for coffee and cake and testing out the Easter bunny ears xx ( loving the carrot bucket too!! )

Next, FCS Claire sent this lovely photo of client C loving her Easter bunny cuddles x

Meet Care Pro Nat W! 🌟 Nat is one of our wonderful Care Professionals who has been serving our Local Area for 6 years and we couldn't imagine our Home Instead without her!!

It was her Birthday recently, she received floods of messages from the entire team...it really made our day to see how much love there is for our Nat!!

She's really very good at avoiding cameras, but we managed to find a few photos all the same 💚

Many Home Instead Offices, including us, use a platform called "Home Care". It has many very useful tools for us and for clients and potential clients. Our FAVOURITE section is the Reviews section, because it is here that we gather feedback from our clients. Our other favourite section is one of the ratings options "treated with dignity" and it really makes us feel all warm and fuzzy and satisfied to see 5/5 stars.

The words featured there reflect the compassion and dedication shown every day in our clients’ homes. We are always proud of the positive feedback shared by our wonderful clients and are so very grateful to our Care Professionals, who help us grow. 💚
