'All of the staff were great and made you feel at ease. Everyone was knowledgeable about what needed to be done - from reception, where even the trainee was acknowledged as a future asset, to the jolly man who guided me from reception to the room. The nurses helped me feel relaxed, as did the anaesthetist and their team. Finally, the consultant was excellent. Truly 5-star treatment.' 💙
