Surrey Helping Hands are currently recruiting full time Home Care Assistants to work in Chertsey and the surrounding Surrey areas.

We are looking to recruit dedicated and compassionate individuals to care for the elderly in their own homes in Chertsey and the immediate surrounding Surrey areas (we keep our runs to a 5 mile radius maximum).

The use of a car is essential as the vacancy requires you to drive to clients homes.

We have full-time positions available.

No experience is necessary as full shadowed training and support will be supplied throughout your employment.

We are an established friendly family run domiciliary/home care agency who has been caring in the community for the past 15+ years.

We can offer you:

* Fully paid induction training and shadowing with our senior carers
* Full training supplied up to and including NVQ level 3
* Ongoing refresher training throughout your employment
* Paid DBS Check
* Paid meeting attendance
* Competitive rates of pay:
* £10.14 per hour during the week (includes 90p holiday pay and 40p petrol allowance (tax free))
* £11.99 per hour during weekends (includes £1.12 holiday pay and 40p petrol allowance (tax free))
* £15.06 per hour bank holidays (includes £1.40 holiday pay and 40p petrol allowance (tax free))
* Increased hourly rate for NQV2/3 level trained staff
* Paid annual leave (built into hourly rate)

* 24/7 support from dedicated senior carers and office staff
* All evening runs finish by 8pm (no later)
* All rota runs contained to a small local location (5 mile radius maximum)

* Empathy and compassion are essential along with dedication and reliability
* Be able to pass a full DBS check
* Available to working week day/evenings & weekends
