Elizabeth Rodrigues Yoga 14th September for 6 weeks I will be holding some Hatha asana based yoga classes in Chesham

I have been practicing yoga for 10 years or so and have finally, thanks to lockdown, had the time to complete my yoga teacher training qualifications. I am really looking forward to spending some time within the community and getting to know some more faces. Yoga is a great way to connect with yourself and with others, its not really a fitness class but you will definitely notice a difference in your alignment, muscle tone and overall strength. In this chaotic world we are living in it is important that we take the time to slow down approaching things with a mindful attitude and staying in the present moment. I am happy to press pause on the hamster wheel of life even if it is only for an hour, taking that moment to reflect and really focus on a task like yoga can fine tune the brain that allows you to slow down in other areas of your life too. If you are looking for some calm and a bit of a breather from your schedule then lying down on the mat in shavasana might just be what you need.
