This Mexican blanket is one of three from my mum’s attic: 2 Navajo and one from Mexico 😍 These, and about 10 patchwork quilts, were all collected by my mum when we lived in the USA as a family over 40 years ago.

I felt like a Druid collecting a big bunch of mistletoe over the weekend (no golden sickle!) 😆
And I’ve just prepared my first mistletoe tincture. Mistletoe doesn’t seem to feature much in UK herbal medicine but it’s quite popular in France and Germany to support cardiovascular health.
