Thank you for all the interest! The Friday and Sunday small group Gong Baths in my Sound Studio over the Easter weekend are Sold Out and due to the high demand I’ve decided to reopen my Sound Studio for an additional small group session on Monday 6th April at 7:00pm 🧘🏼‍♀️

I’m opening the doors to my Sound Studio for a very special small-group Gong Bath, limited to just 4 people. This is a deeply personal, immersive experience designed to help you unwind, reset, and drift into a state of pure relaxation.

Each guest will have their own luxurious setup:
✨a thick, comfy mattress
✨supportive bolster and soft pillows
✨an eye mask to invite deep inward rest
✨an electric blanket for gentle warmth
You won’t need to bring a thing - simply arrive and allow yourself to be held by the space.

This session blends the transformative resonance of Gongs with aromatherapy, creating a multi-sensory journey. As sound waves ripple through the room, the vibration of the gongs works on both the body and mind, supporting deep relaxation, reducing stress, and helping the nervous system move into a restorative state. Many people describe Gong Baths as a way to “switch off” the thinking mind and drop into a dreamlike flow where clarity, stillness, and peace naturally arise.

**Spring Edition: Qigong & Gong by the River** Sunday 19th April 🌞

Together with Ellie Denman Yoga , we warmly invite you to join us for another seasonal gathering at the beautiful rural base of Loudwater Farm in Rickmansworth. As the wheel of the year turns once again, this special session will be dedicated to welcoming Spring, a time of renewal, movement, and awakening energy.

This edition is inspired by the vibrant Fire Horse energy 🐎 - dynamic, joyful, and full of life. We will gather in nature to reconnect with our bodies, breath, and the rhythms of the season.

If the weather allows, we will begin with a gentle Qigong practice by the River Chess, allowing the flowing water and fresh spring air to guide our movement and intention. After the practice, there will be time to relax, connect, and enjoy tea and snacks together.

We will close the evening with a deeply restorative Gong Bath, letting the powerful vibrations of the gongs carry us into a space of calm, balance, and renewal.

Come as you are, bring comfortable clothing, and allow yourself an evening of movement, sound, and seasonal connection in the peaceful surroundings of the countryside.

My Sound Studio it’s a minimalist, magical little universe I’ve built with intention. Clean lines. Open space. No chaos. Every element has room to breathe. When you step inside, the world outside feels distant, like it’s been gently blurred out.

The lighting is low and warm, almost like golden hour decided to stay. The silence isn’t empty - it’s alive. It holds you. The air feels slower here. Time stretches. Movements soften 🧘🏼‍♀️

Mother’s Day gathering has become a tradition - a sacred pause we return to each year.

You are warmly invited to a special extended 100-minute Cosmic Gong Bath (Friday 13th March) an epic yet deeply nurturing sound journey where I will be playing five gongs continuously, weaving layers of vibration, resonance and celestial frequencies.

This year’s theme is Cosmic 💫 - a journey beyond time, beyond thought, into the vastness of space and the softness of being held.

Before we enter this deeper sound immersion, we will gather at the back of the village hall for grounding in nature. There will be space to arrive slowly, breathe, connect to the earth, and gently regulate the nervous system.

You’ll have time to settle in with a cup of warming Ayurvedic tea and nourishing vegan snacks. No rushing. No pressure. Just a soft landing into presence.

Once we feel grounded, calm, and open - we will move inside and begin our extended 100-minute Gong immersion.

Why 100 minutes?

Because in a longer sound journey, something extraordinary happens:
