Legs, legs, legs 🙌
The area of the body that is often thought of as not needing as much care and I strongly disagree.
They are so important to look after and in 2026 my new treatments, Brazilian sculpting, wood therapy and lymphatic drainage are going to be huge for legs 🙌

I'm sorry for the delay today.
Those of you that I see regularly will know I go nowhere without my keys at work. After 2 years I finally forgot and locked myself out of the building in short sleeves and an apron 🙄 Was a gorgeous night thankfully to make that
mistake 😂and everyone had had their massages 🙌
A 30 minute dedicated head massage is today's therapy room treat. Not sure where to go next after the amazing condiment chat but let's try😂

Normally saved for Christmas Eve but it's the end of term for everyone now (I really hope no one has school on Monday 😳 ) so I thought
we'd go in with a full 60 minutes 🙌

Today's therapy room session is a cracker from Catherine. She is offering a 45 minute reflexology treatment 💕💕💕

For those of you that may not know, Catherine offers reflexology sessions at Greene Wellbeing throughout the month 😊

The last treatment until later in the week, thank you again for getting involved I am loving the advent calendar entries 💕💕💕

Next year I have some amazing new therapies coming to the menu and I no longer have pedicures as an option but there are still some lovely foot treatments available 💕

Today's therapy room treat is A Treat For Your Feet, a foot bath, exfoliator, mask and massage. Absolutely gorgeous for tired feet and a moment to pause 😊

I hope everyone's having a gorgeous Saturday 💕💕
I'm loving the getting in the Christmas mood comments 🌲

I've been thinking about my own and choosing a tree and new decoration with my son is up there but I also don't fully feel it's Christmas until l've been to my friend Marianna's, her home marks the start of Christmas for me, it is just beautiful and homely and lush and then sitting ordering a takeaway 😂

Today's therapy room session is a version of my signature treatment. Starting with a back massage and then moving to a full upper body massage including detailed work to the face with Neals Yard Remedies Organic Wild Rose Beauty Balm, this treatment is a client favourite 💕

We are now going to have a full weekend of treatments 💕💕💕

The next session is going to be a 30 Minute Lava Shell Massage. Legs and feet are lovely for these sessions or back, neck and shoulders.
The shells are gorgeous and add a beautiful warmth into the muscle for deeper work

Hi Everyone,

I hope you're having a lovely start to December 🎄

We have our first ever therapy room Christmas tree this year that I'm loving 💕💕💕

I've been asked about the advent calendar and have been pondering what to do.
The way l've done it in the past has just not worked out at all behind the scenes as many of you will know 🤯 But it feels so miserable to not be doing it.

So l have come up with a solution.

We will do some days throughout December and there will be 10 days in total and these will all be therapy room treatments.

Sadly it means that the calendar is then only for people that live locally and I'm sorry about that but had to make a call on what made sense logistically for my confused brain 🤯😂
