Great first day back for 2026 even though it appears to have gone on for nearly 3 weeks 🙄😆

December is super busy for me, so much so that we did 11 days not 10 as I lost count so there is actually an extra winner 😂

Legs, legs, legs 🙌
The area of the body that is often thought of as not needing as much care and I strongly disagree.
They are so important to look after and in 2026 my new treatments, Brazilian sculpting, wood therapy and lymphatic drainage are going to be huge for legs 🙌

I'm sorry for the delay today.
Those of you that I see regularly will know I go nowhere without my keys at work. After 2 years I finally forgot and locked myself out of the building in short sleeves and an apron 🙄 Was a gorgeous night thankfully to make that
mistake 😂and everyone had had their massages 🙌
A 30 minute dedicated head massage is today's therapy room treat. Not sure where to go next after the amazing condiment chat but let's try😂

For those of you that may not know, Catherine offers reflexology sessions at Greene Wellbeing throughout the month 😊
