11-17th May is Mental Health Awareness Week.
This is such a vast topic and one which is probably more widely recognised than ever before.
Mental Health Awareness Week is a reminder that grief, loss, stress and loneliness can affect any of us — often quietly and behind closed doors.
At Church View, we know that bereavement doesn’t end after the funeral. Looking after your mental health, or checking in on someone else’s, can make a real difference.
If you’re struggling, please know you do not have to face things alone. Support is available:
💙 Samaritans – 116 123 (24 hours)
💙 Mind – mind.org.uk
💙 SHOUT – Text “SHOUT” to 85258 for free confidential support https://giveusashout.org/
Sometimes the smallest conversation can be the most important one. Be kind to yourself, and to those around you this week.
