Wellbeing isn’t just about how we eat, move or rest. It begins with how connected we feel to ourselves, to others and to the world around us.
But connection doesn't always mean being social. Sometimes it starts with noticing how you feel, checking in with your own needs or simply making space for a conversation that matters.

Try asking yourself:

- Who (or what) makes me feel seen, heard or calm?
- When do I feel most like myself?
- How often do I truly check in — with me?

Small moments of connection can shift our entire day. A shared smile. A few deep breaths. A phone call you've been putting off. This isn’t about effort, it’s about presence.
