Every Tuesday and Friday we run an outdoor exercise class on Chesham Moor from 9:30 - 10:30am. Come down and start LivingFit :-)
Classes are £6 for the hour and there is no contract or sign up fee. Indoor bootcamp classes every Monday and Thursday, 9.30-10.30am @ Whelpley Village Hall. Classes £9 on a drop in basis, only £7 if you sign up for a month in advance.

I’m away in Scotland for a family birthday & this morning went for such a great run with a beautiful view ahead of me; snow capped mountains framed by a full rainbow! I ventured off road to a river & waterfall, threw caution to the wind & crouched under the torrent of freezing cold water for as long as I could bare! It literally took my breathe away. I bathed a little in the water & then ran back home, incorporating a few fast hill reps on route.
I am so amazed by the benefits of spending time in cold water. I came out feeling so alive & the troubles of my mind almost washed away. I’m definitely going to continue this and would highly recommend it as a boost to your own mental well-being. I know popping to a waterfall isn’t the most practical option, but a short cold shower can have a very similar affect (I have been practising this lately). As we’re likely to be restricted in our movements over the coming weeks, and provided you have no underlying health conditions, I’d suggest using this as a tool to help you through this potentially stressful time.
In short, movement + cold water therapy = a win win 👍🏻

A few weeks ago I added another string to my bow. I am very pleased to be able to say that I am now a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer 👊

I've just watched this and found it very interesting indeed. I was vegetarian for about 12 years and am considering going back to a plant based diet. The environmental reasons alone are very compelling.

I take my lead from you. My approach is first and foremost to help set you up for success - discovering what good fitness looks like for you. Once we know that, we can set some goals and begin to make fitness an enjoyable part of your lifestyle.
I offer:
Personal training - super flexible, working on a mobile basis either in your home or in a convenient out door space.
Bootcamp classes - outdoor on Chesham Moor from 9.30-10.30am every Tuesday and Friday morning; indoor at Whelpley Hill Village Hall from 9.30-10.30 am every Monday.
Massage therapy – again on a mobile basis I provide Sports Massage therapy or a more pampering Swedish massage.
