How incredible is Peggy!

Today we celebrated in group, our lovely Peggy being at her target 🎯 weight for TEN YEARS having lost over four stone 🎉🎉 1 what a truly remarkable achievement.

Peggy joined our lovely Friday morning group having been told by her surgeon that she needed to lose weight for a knee operation - iconically she never then needed to have it done due to her weight loss!!

If you’d like to lose weight, come and join us. You’d be so very welcome xx

Amazing results!

My Monday morning motivational members always kick off my week so brilliantly with their amazing commitment to their weight loss. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Another cracking session with members collecting awards, another member reaching target and so many smashing their Christmas weight loss goals. I’m so proud of my lovely Monday morning group. Lots of smiles, cheering and solid plans made for the week ahead proving you can still lose weight this close to Xmas 🎄💪🏼
