Enjoying life depends on being in the neurobiological 'green zone' of safety. Joy and threat are mutually exclusive so it took me time to develop the skill of ever enjoying myself.

Couples therapy is infinitely more different than individual therapy.

Not all therapists are “trained” adequately enough to deliver this model of therapy.

It’s different from individual therapy which mainly focuses on empathetic delivery . A good couples therapist will know how to lead a couple into behaviour and thought changing progress.

All our therapists are trained beyond a short workshop. We know how to deliver a robust approach that will look at the psycho-educational side of your relationship and teach you
ways to change embedded and toxic behaviours.

So before you look for a relationship therapist, make sure they’re are properly equipped to support your investment in relationship change.
