I'm running a brand new yoga class this summer on studland bay beach. 🏖️
The first one is this Saturday 4th May 9-10 am and I can't wait.

I've met a lovely community of Yoga teachers here in Poole through my friends yoga studio LeAnanda Yoga, including a lovely lady called Leah.
We are running a Yogathon in Wimborne on 8 April where donations can be made. I'll add the details on my page in the next few days.
This is a very special event as it's in memory of Leah's daughter- Maggie-Mae - who very sadly was born with Leukaemia and passed away at only 18 months old.

I am excited to be running an online workshop: Developing a Self Practice.

Who are our typical clients?
Our clients are just normal everyday people that want to improve their health and well-being. They have their struggles, they might be struggling to find time for themselves, they know they need to do something for their health but haven’t quite found the time, or have started something but gave up. They might be suffering with aches and pains, for example back, neck, back or shoulder pain, they might feel their body is stiffening up and they want to become more supple or some are feeling stressed, overworked or always putting themselves last and they want to learn how to relieve stress or deal better with stress in their lives. Most of them don’t put themselves first, work, family and responsibilities are their priorities but they know need to have some ‘me’ time.
Who will our programmes work for?
Our programs will work for anyone who is willing to commit to changing their lifestyle and trying something new. If you really want to change the way you are, being open to trying new things and forming new habits. There are different programs to suit your individual goals, availability and commitment level and there are different levels of classes to suit all abilities. We also offer beginners courses if you lack confidence in coming to an existing class and would prefer to be in a class where everyone is new and at the same level.
What type of person do I need to be to make this work?
You just need to be willing to learn and take that first step to start your journey to becoming a fitter and healthier you. There will be obstacles that you have to over come but you need to be willing to commit to yourself and make time to come to the classes to feel and experience the benefits. It’s not just you who will benefit, those around you will too, because as you start to look and feel better that has a ripple effect on those around you.
I’ve tried lots of stuff before and nothing has worked. Does this really work?
You need to take the first step, invest in yourself and commit to the program. Take a look at our success stories to feel inspired. They were once just like you, the only difference is that they took that first step.

What results can I expect and how quickly can I expect results?
I want to help and inspire people of all abilities. The results you get and how quickly you get them will depend on where you are now, what your goals are and the programme you commit to. If you’re willing to give this 100% and make positive changes to your life then you will see changes from the word go. You should definitely start to look and feel better within 3-6 months although many customers find it happens more quickly.
