Haven’t posted a selfie since having Marnie, felt alright soooo here’s my face 🤳🏼 🤣

Trying to still get my self confidence back since having Marnie, I’m trying so hard to get back to pre pregnancy weight and feel like me again. It’s tough and some days I struggle a lot! But I know some days I just need to be kind to myself and realise I only had a baby 4months ago, and still have ongoing issues since birth which really get me down.

It’s okay to have wobbles and it’s okay not to be okay every day of your life.
Instagram isn’t reality and people portray this unrealistic life which is why I have a love hate relationship with Instagram!
Just remember, we may be all smiles on camera on our instagram pages but trust me we have BAD days too just like everyone else.

I’m trying to learn to love myself a bit more everyday and not point out the flaws because I know as a women we are so self critical!

Let’s be kind to ourselves and try everyday to say something nice to ourselves in the mirror 🪞.

This result was after 2 weeks of initial injections, today we done a slight top up as my client still had a little movement on the top of her forehead.

I’m so proud of how far my client has come with her skin, when I first met her she used to cover her skin in thick foundation to hide her breakouts and scarring, now my client doesn’t wear any make up and her skin is so much healthier and glows!
