I’ve been finding it hard to adjust to how my body looks since losing 12.5 stone. I have a lot of loose skin, and I’m still unsure of what my clothing style really is now. When I look back at holiday photos from this time last year compared to more recent ones, I don’t always notice much of a difference at first, but when I put them side by side, I can clearly see how much I’ve physically changed.

The biggest transformation, though, has been in my mindset. I’m so much happier now. It might take some time for my mind to fully catch up with my new body, but I know I’ll get there.
