Gyming alone has become a common theme for me lately. Something completely out of my comfort zone. I often wonder if people notice my awkwardness 🙈... The truth is despite being at my target weight and being capable now to keep up - it’s still a mental battle!!
I guess for someone like me who worries about others opinions far too much, it will always be something that I have to work on. I always feel incredible after a workout 🤩 so that is my motivation.
So if you’re awkward, self conscious or embarrassed like me…. This is your sign to get out there and do it 😜
You’ll feel fantastic for it!!! ❤️
