⭐️ MEET JACK ⭐️

Jack is our new Sports Massage therapist starting at the Chester-Le-Street clinic!

Jack has from a young age, always been interested in various sports. After receiving a sports massage himself he realised the many benefits of it and how it impacted on his own sporting interests; improving performance and prevention of injuries. Jack studied Sports Coching at Northumbria university before going on to study Sport and Exercise Therapy postgraduate at Leeds Beckett University. During his time at university he attained his level 3 sports massage qualification and looking forward to helping others to achieve optimal health and prevent injuries.
