Everyone needs time out.
The key is to recognise that fact.
When caring for other people, you need to look after yourself.
You are important.
As a carer myself I have learnt that this is essential and not selfish!
Holistic care such as Reiki and Indian Head Massage are a great way to start.

We had a brilliant time @ Two Sweet Peas last night, making our masterpieces with wool. I thoroughly recommend it!! I'm not very creative but we had an amazing teacher and I'm quite proud of the result! We had a fabulous afternoon tea too.
