Get thinking about those times when you might reach for food for comfort ☺️, and just know that Slimming World is where you’ll find the ALL the support you need to create new coping strategies that will keep you in charge of your weight loss.

One minute you’re busy getting on with your day, the next you’re halfway through a bag of tortilla chips, and wondering how on earth it happened… 😳. I know that feeling because I’ve been there! Slimming World helped me to do some detective 🕵🏽 work around my emotional eating triggers, and to develop the strategies to take back control.
