❤️❤️ So this happened this morning! ❤️❤️
At the beginning of July I decided to make a change, a change that meant I stopped kidding myself that I was "trying" to lose weight .
🫣 Hormones, aches and pains, my husband being very ill .... you name it, I blamed it . Truth is , it was none of those things .
🙂Losing weight takes effort, more importantly consistency. I decided that nobody will do it for me , it was time to take control.❤️ I LOVE how I feel now, still a long way to go but my self confidence is growing week by week.
