With the massive use of devices nowadays, we, therapists, are seeing changes already in young bodies.

The adult human skull (head) weights approximately 10 to 12 pounds (4.5 to 5.5 kg) when in a upright position. When the head tilts forward, the weight increases due to gravity and leverage, acting like a heavier and heavier object on the neck muscles. 🙏
