It's that time of year..... Christmas cards are an essential part of our residents Christmas season.
So we have made some cards to send to some lovely residents in our sister home , Willowdene in Hebburn.
Not only have we hand made our cards, but we will be paying Willowdene a visit to deliver them personally.
Pop the kettle on Willowdene, we will see you soon ❤️

IT'S TIME TO REMEMBER.
Residents at Pelton Grange created their own tribute for Remembrance Day.
They made some beautiful poppies and placed them around the clock.
Standing at the clock at the 11th hour, on the 11th day, of the 11th month, with a very poignant sign.......
It's TIME to remember.
