After signposting to Benny’s story all week in classes I cuddled my youngest to sleep tonight and lay in bed with my eldest reading together and I knew how much it meant. Those moments. The ones you want to last forever. Then I thought about Benny and his family.

YogaPupz Parachute Play 🌈

During our terms our babies and children enjoy parachute play. Not only do lots of the yogis really enjoy them but they offer lots of benefits. This multi-sensory experience:

⭐️ Encourages physical development and aids gross motor skills

⭐️ Develops coordination, balance and strength

⭐️ Helps visual coordination and focus and strengthens eye muscles through tracking

⭐️ Provides opportunity to learn object permanence and anticipation and other cognitive skills

⭐️ Offers social interaction between yogis, aiding social skills and as the children grow encouraging teamwork and even problem solving.
