What's cooking?

First time in over a week and im feeling hungry. That's only because ive been poorly & not eating 😆 Always telling my members to find the positives in life, today mine is definately that being so very poorly & not eating has its benefits. I'm human like you & my weigh-in last Thursday after my cruise 🛳 saw a 10.5lbs gain.

Today I saw a -6lb loss - whoop whoop 🤭

Soooo...... what was in the freezer as not been out shopping etc. Came across an Aldi ready to heat frozen rice meal & at 7swips per 1/2 bag that will do me nicely thankyou.
