I get asked all the time "which school does Easton go to" people are always suprised when I tell them he is still in public school with his friends he's has since he was 3 years old... I was recommended Great Lumley Primary School by a family friend, and honestly, it’s been one of the best choices I’ve ever made for my non-verbal autistic little boy 💙
He genuinely enjoys going to school, loves seeing his friends, and feels safe, supported, and understood. The school is a fully inclusive public school with the kindest, most patient, and most caring team — nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and every child is truly valued 🌈
They support children from ages 2–11, which creates such a consistent, nurturing pathway for children to grow, learn, and thrive 🌱📚
I couldn’t recommend it enough. If you’re considering schools, I’d really encourage you to attend an open event or book a look around — it speaks for itself 🤍

Easton Care is looking for kind, confident and fun-loving people to help support children with disabilities across our Short Breaks Service this festive season.
We have Christmas temp roles and permanent part-time positions available — perfect for anyone who wants to make a difference, work flexibly, and bring a little extra joy into children’s lives.
You’ll be supporting children to enjoy activities, play, build confidence and experience the magic of the holidays in a safe, caring environment. Whether you’re helping at a hub, out in the community or supporting fun days out, you’ll be part of a supportive team who are always happy to help and guide you. We are grateful to Leanne Culyer who has gifted us with this amazing book written by her son Lee Bradley.
Leanne’s grandson Mason has autism, the book represents the questions his younger sister Aria has regarding her brother and understanding of his magical powers!
It’s written for little brothers and sisters to gain an understanding of why their siblings flaps, spins, jumps, or doesn’t talk.
It’s also for parents who want to raise kind, accepting children.
