I’m not your typical wellness guide — healing doesn’t happen in a perfectly curated life. I eat pizza, sometimes miss a practice when life gets full, and truly believe meditation can happen in a dressing gown. My work is human, not idealised. 🌿

My own journey through endometriosis, cancer, and complex health challenges inspired the BHR (Body, Heart, Release) Framework™. This isn’t abstract theory — it’s a practical, lived system that blends ancient wisdom with modern life. A way to listen to your body, soften your nervous system, and create space for real, lasting change.

At White Branches, I offer a sanctuary from the busyness of daily life for women. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, physical discomfort, or simply a dedicated hour to recharge, my holistic therapies are here for you.
