💡A spill over class for Tuesdays 💡I know someone of you have been struggling to get a space with class often full at 6.30pm, so I’m trialing this spill over ‘express’ class.
With the late start it will be 45min.
However please still try to book your space in the 6.30pm slot if there is space and you can make that one :) on the schedule now starting next week!

Practice from anywhere ✨ Online Qigong, next session Saturday, Sept 27 at 9am ✨ a gentle relaxing start to the weekend 🌿
A lovely way to try this practice in the comfort of your own home. A link will be send the day before for those booked on!

✨ Autumn Retreat 🌿 full details to come, but I am excited to be return to the Lake District in November for a 3 night retreat in a beautiful Victorian Guest House.

Think… roaring fires, indulgent yoga practices, walks in nature, delicious healthy food, oh and great people! All you have to do is show up ✨

❌ My classes do not promise healing, or profound spiritual breakthroughs. I do not share my personal views on the world and what goes on, or how I think you should be living. I’m not here to change you or convince you of anything.

💡What my classes do (I hope) is offer you a space for you to be you in whatever way you need that day. What my classes do (i hope) is get you connected to your body, yourself and feel a greater awareness of how you move, breathe and feel. What my classes do is use movement as a tool to play explore and try new things.

Here are just a couple of thing we played with in class this week, colouring a little outside the box with some classical poses to bring new sensation, experience and focus 💡(High Lunge with deep hip flexion + High Lunge on a block)

Spring Restorative Evening happening next Friday, April 4th 🌱 3 spaces left, grab your spot if you are keen :)
We will practice some spring qigong to support the wood element and some relaxing restorative yoga to really unwind the mind and body. It’s a lovely evening, come a bit early for a cup of tea and settle in!

My favorite pose is probably Triangle 🔼 Simple, classic, expansive. When done well, nothing feels better. Space in all directions ↔️↕️↙️↗️
💡Tuesday evenings are pretty full for the next few weeks, but I have a waiting list going as we do get some cancellations so let me know if you want to be notified. Also, for those booked in please give as much notice if you can’t make it so someone else can have the spot 🙌🏼

🎄As the year wraps up and the festivities are in full swing, I just want to say a big thank you to each of you. Your support, energy, and commitment have made this year very special. Together, we’ve cultivated not just strength and flexibility, but created a lovely community rooted in kindness and support.

I hope your holidays are filled with love, and plenty of moments to relax and recharge especially if this time of the year brings any challenges. Whether you’re spending time with family, finding peace on your mat, or have to navigate this time with care, know that you are a valued part of our little yoga family.
