There are kinds of questions i don't reply just in the comment section.
I take my time to elaborate because i know the implication of such coming from a medical practitioner.
I talked about using one or two extra pads during my period in the first couple of months of artificial family, which has resolved on its own.
This was a normal reaction in most artificial family planning.
It's usually due to hormonal changes for hormonal artificial family planning or reaction due to foreign object in the womb for non hormonal artificial family planning.
Once your body gets used to it, it settles and everything gets back to normal.
You are usually encouraged to come back to the clinic if your period is too heavy to avoid excessive bl00d loss.
This is in no way a form of abortion or miscarriage that normally comes with cramps, p@ins, clumps of bl00d (as a result of already fertilized fetus) and excess bl££ding.
A miscarriage or ab0rtion wouldn't take just one extra pad from normal period.
Those that have had an early miscarriage before can attest to the above.
Now, to clarify Iloene Charity Udaba concerns, i would share my personal experience as well.
The artificial family planning i talked about allows me to study and monitor my body closely just like when i was on natural family planning.
I detect any changes no matter how little.
I take records of both my period and ovulation, including the color of my period and how many pads i used.
Also, i couldn't trust the method during the first few months of going for it.
That's because I'm extremely fertile and i never wanted any stories now that i am not prepared for pregnancy.
What prompted me to go for the family planning in the first place wasn't because i was tired of natural family planning.
It was because i started experiencing double ovulation in some months and it was risky for someone like me.
It's very common in highly fertile women in their 30s. That's why your chances of conceiving twins or triplets increase from 30s.
So, i went for it to be double sure in case 😁
In those first few months that i used extra one or two pads, i still skipped s£x during my ovulation just like someone on natural family planning.
I was 💯 sure that there was nothing in there, but my period was slightly heavy.
Then after that, i experimented doing during my ovulation period to be sure that it does work.
The normal flow without extra pads actually returned while i was doing the experiment 😁
So, here is the truth 👇🏽
Many health practitioners have limited knowledge of different family planning and they have never used it.
They talk based on assumption.
But here i am with experience and knowledge from constant research speaking unapologetically to you.
The major work of non hormonal IUD is blocking off sp£rm as copper is t0xic to sp£rm.
You can also challenge mine with evidence and i would be glad to learn from you.
Another way you can know the truth if you are in doubt is to run a bl00d pregnancy test a few days to your period. It would show positive if conception did occur during your ovulation.
A lot of misconceptions have made women scared of going for family planning.
Having no life because they are either pregnant or nursing a baby all the time.
Why is it that nobody talks about having kids that you can't meet their physical, emotional and financial needs being unfair to the kids?
But we easily preach that doing artificial family planning to avoid having the number of kids you can't take care of is a sin 🤷🏽
This is a topic for another day for my fellow Catholic Church members.
Meanwhile, i hope you got value from this post.
