A room full of professionals came together not just to network, but to understand how they are truly perceived. Because before you speak, an impression is already formed. And when values are unclear, the message becomes inconsistent.

This is the work.

Through honest conversations and practical exercises, we explored what we stand for, how we communicate it, and how our presence supports that message.

Tracy Bevan reminded us that values are not just defined, they are lived. You could feel the shift in the room.

This is Vision Club.

On 13 May, we continue with ‘Own the Room‘

Most people stay busy. Few actually track their growth.

Inside Vision Club, we pause and ask:

Which value have you actively lived this week?
Courage? Consistency? Visibility? Honesty?

Because real personal branding doesn’t start with what you say —
it starts with how you show up.

your values are unclear, your authority will always feel inconsistent.

Most professionals don’t struggle with visibility.
They struggle with alignment.

What they say,
how they show up,
and how they are perceived
don’t match.

That’s where clarity breaks.

Next Vision Club session, we go deeper into this:

→ How values shape your positioning
→ Why inconsistency weakens authority
→ How to show up with clarity and presence

With Tracey Bevan on neurodiversity and identity.

Hearing feedback like this reminds me why we do it.

Thank you to everyone who shows up with openness, insight, and generosity. The energy in the room is created by you.

If you are building something purposeful and want to be in a room where depth matters more than noise, join us.
