As we continue the countdown to Christmas, we’re looking back at all the creative fun we’ve enjoyed at our day centres 🎨✨

From crafts and laughter to friendship and festive cheer, it’s been a joy to see so much happiness at both our Wednesday and Friday day centres ❤️
We’ll now be taking a short festive break, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back in the new year!

Some of our team had the pleasure of helping out at the Over 55s Christmas Dinner at Hoole Community Hall and what a lovely day it was ❤️

It was wonderful to see the true Christmas spirit in action, with fantastic volunteers coming together to bring warmth, cheer and festive joy to everyone who attended 🎅✨

Getting out and supporting events like this reminds us how special our local community really is, and how important it is to be there for one another, especially at this time of year 🎄💫

Santa Claus is coming to Radfield!

Our gorgeous clients were treated to a very special visit this week from none other than Santa Claus himself, along with his jolly little elf 🎅🧝‍♂️

There were plenty of smiles, giggles and festive cheer as Santa handed out Radfield hampers filled with lovely goodies, spreading joy and Christmas magic all around ✨🎁

A truly heart-warming moment for our amazing clients this Christmas ❤️

It’s the “be there” moments that make all the difference.

From reuniting a client with their guitar, restrung and ready to play again 🎸, to trips that spark joy and memories: a visit to the farm for a former farm worker who spent years around animals, time spent at Chester Cathedral, and even meeting one of our Care Professionals’ horses for a client who adores them 🐎

Add in special moments like our recent afternoon tea at Crabwall Manor for our day centre members, and it’s been a year filled with connection.

A year of helping our clients reconnect with the places, passions and people that truly matter to them ❤️
