Friday 13th of March was the furthest thing from a day for bad luck at Oakland's! Instead it was an afternoon of animal fun!!
Being visited by some pygmy goats, rabbits, chicks and some sheep (one of which was called Spaghetti, on account of his curls we can only assume) there was an absolute menagire on display for us to greet and stroke on Friday!
All the animals from Cheshire Mobile Farm are friendly and each time they come to visit us our days get that little bit better and it's undoubtedly due to the absolute cuties who visit us!!
Since the 1700s animals have been proven to help people with a meriad of issues whether it be loneliness or mental illness and human brains are almost hardwired to adore cute things, so we love bringing in the Cheshire Mobile Farm to give our residents a pick me up, and helping to improve their mood for days afterwards as they remember the visit!
