“Katie…..What inspires you?” ✨
For me, inspiration has never been about the perfect body or chasing milestones. It has always been about the moments in between — the ones where movement gave me back my breath, my calm, and my hope.
When my hormones felt out of sync, when life felt overwhelming, Pilates became my 100% therapy. Not just exercises, but the ritual of showing up, of moving energy through my body when my mind felt heavy. That practice changed me — it taught me that strength isn’t about how hard you push, but how gently you can return to yourself. 💛☁️🤎
☁️ That’s why I built 100 Power. ✨💫Not to pack people into rooms, but to create a space where everyBody feel safe, seen, and strong in every phase of life. Where foggy days are welcome, where laughter after class counts as much as the workout, and where community heals just as much as the movement itself. 👯♀️💯
